Baseball Skills Camp August 3-7th at Ackerly Field
When they start the game, they don't yell, "Work ball." They say, "Play ball." ~ Willie Stargell, 1981 Baseball was made for kids. ~ Bob Lemon Be a part of America’s Pastime with other kids in the community and learn key skills for the exciting game of baseball This camp, in partnership with the AAJRB, will be from August 3-7th at Ackerly Field. Coached by Kenny Spangenberg, Jr., Keystone College Baseball Team and Staff, and members of the Abington Heights HS State Champion Baseball Team. This elite coaching staff will enable each child to have personalized experience to learn “base”-ic skills like: Pitching, Base-running, Hitting, Bunting, Defense Skills. There will also be a professional baseball player at the camp for a day who will sign autographs AND will give tips!! Click here for online registration. These invaluable foundational concepts can be carried through life, when these children play in Little League, maybe HS and college ball, or simply to be able to play a pickup neighborhood game.
